Ringmer

Ringmer is a large parish, situated below the scarp of the South Downs to the North East of Lewes. The centre of the village includes the village green, St Mary's Church, the village halll, the Anchor pub and the attractive houses of the conservation area as well as the surrounding open countryside which all present the image of a welcoming, yet far from sleepy English Village. Ringmer still retains the feel of a village community, which is something that its residents value and wish to retain.
